The delightful Austrian town of Feldkirch will be your base for this ten day Passion Play tour with Shearings Holidays.
You will stay at a comfortable hotel in this historic town for five nights and you can use this time to either relax in and around this enchanting area or join Shearings’ programme of included and optional excursions.
Shearings will take you to beautiful Lake Constance where you will find some amazing views. In the middle of the lake is the remarkable island of Mainau, whose attractions include a stately home and tropical gardens.
The second included day trip is to Vaduz, the capital of the tiny principality of Liechtenstein. Although small in size Liechtenstein still offers come wonderful scenery and quality attractions.
After leaving Feldkirch you will travel to Oberammergau where you will stay for the next two nights. Time at leisure is available to explore the picture-perfect village before you witness the must-see Passion Play being performed for the 41st time by the natives of Oberammergau.
Optional excursions include the Blue Silvretta Alpine Road and Arlsberg Pass and the town of Bregenz on Lake Constance.
