Shearings’ seven day tour includes visits to picturesque cities, huge bulb gardens and traditional Dutch attractions.
After overnighting in Northern France you will visit the pretty Dutch Capital city of Amsterdam. You will have free time in this vibrant hub and perhaps you can explore the narrow cobbled streets, parks and canals, and take in the relaxed atmosphere. There will be an optional guided city tour and canal cruise on offer.
You will then meet your cruise ship – the MV Virginia. There are plenty of refreshments and entertainment available as well as comfortable rooms and bars and restaurants.
The first destination will be Hoorn – a busy, elegant harbour town – before moving onto the popular traditional village of Volendam.
Finally, for many is the highlight of the tour, Keukenhof Gardens. The world’s largest gardens are ablaze with colourful tulips and many other varieties of flowers.
