Crusader Holidays offer a large range of short and longer duration breaks all over the UK and Europe. You can travel by coach, rail and ferry to destinations ranging from Fort William in Scotland to Krakow in Poland. They also have an air collection to countries farther afield, such as China.
The coach companies have an extensive network of pick up points throughout the South of England, included various points in and around London, Norfolk and Hampshire.
For those wanting a luxury coach holiday there is a Crusader Holidays Gold Collection. Travel is style in their luxury coaches, stay at four or five star hotels and be treated as a VIP throughout.
Unlike many coach holiday companies, Crusader Holidays have their own fleet of modern, high quality coaches. This allows them to constantly monitor the quality and cleanliness of their vehicles and provide reclining seats, air conditioning and experienced drivers for every passenger. The coaches, manufactured by Setra in Germany, are known in the business as the Mercedes Benz of coaches.
If you have a school group, society or local association wanting a group trip then Crusader Holidays have a groups department that can arrange a tour from their brochure or a customised tour for you. They can help you with all aspects of a tailor-made itinerary, provide leaflets and advertising literature and arrange personalised departure points.
I booked a holiday for New year in Edinburgh and Crusader had to change the hotel we were staying in to Strathclyde instead of the Edingburgh airport Hilton. I explained to them that i had wanted to be able to travel into edinburgh on my own and that from the Strathclyde Hilton this would not be possible. They allowed me to cancel the holiday and refunded my money in full. I was very impressed by the professional way they handled the matter and the polite understanding offered by their staff. I will certainly book with them in the future.
We went on your Christmas Holiday to the Hotel Tirolerhof in Austria with your driver Martin. We had such a brilliant time that we decided we would try the same holiday in June 2011 at the same place and were fortunate to have Martin as our driver this time. Yet again we had a brilliant holiday and Martin is an absolute credit to your company with his driving ability and his knowledge of apparently everything about Austria.
The only downside was with the overnight hotel on return journey, The Best Western at Leverkausn, We had a Buffet evening meal which was quite expensive and when we came to the end of our meal there was little or no dessert, and the service in the bar was nothing short of abysmal.
Taking this into account, as we have been travelling by coach to Austria over the last 15 years and the last two have probably been the best.
