Cologne is also a vibrant cultural centre with over thirty museums and hundreds of art galleries plus regular events.
You will also have time in Aachen to discover the huge Town Hall and pretty tree-lined boulevards. Why not take the optional River Rhine cruise to see the beautiful countryside and historic towns surrounding the waterway.
